DS467CL

Description

DS467CL is an ideal choice for continuous measurement of residual or total chlorine in water. It is a three-electrode amperometric electrochemical sensor that can be used for continuous monitoring of working conditions such as drinking water, industrial water/waste water, swimming pools, and hot springs. DS467CL has unique advantages for colored water whose residual (total) chlorine cannot be directly measured by optical or colorimetric methods.

Features

  • Measuring range: 0-5 mg/L, 0-10 mg/L, 0-20 mg/L
  • Accuracy: Residual chlorine: 1% of reading
  • Total chlorine: 2% of reading
  • Repeatability: ±0.05 mg/L (25ºC)
  • Resolution: 0.01 mg/L
  • Response time: 90%: about 90 seconds
  • Calibration: Single-point DPD method calibration
  • Probe material: Shell: PVC, ABS and epoxy resin
  • Film: Multilayer polymer film
  • Electrode: silver-silver halide reference electrode, gold working electrode, 316SS counter electrode
  • Temperature range: 0~50℃
  • Working pressure: maximum about 1Bar
  • PH range: 4-12
  • Flow rate range: 500ml/min.–1L/min.
  • Power supply: 12~24 VDC

Benefits

  • The novel and unique three-electrode design ensures that the electrode can maintain good measurement linearity even when detecting high-concentration media
  • Reasonable membrane cap design ensures the stability and durability of electrode detection
  • The unique design of internal filling fluid greatly reduces the measurement error caused by the difference in the pH value of the water sample
  • The electrode design based on the electrochemical principle can realize the measurement of colored water quality where the optical or colorimetric method cannot directly measure the residual (total) chlorine
  • Automatic temperature compensation
